The drive is taken care of by a 2-liter turbo gasoline four-cylinder engine with the designation EA888 in the Evo4 version. One of the new features of this unit is the fully electric coolant control: it shortens the warm-up phase and thus optimizes the motor's efficiency. The Performance package also includes a larger rear spoiler, 19-inch wheels and the two additional driving modes Special and Drift. In the second, the standard 7-speed DSG offers a real manual mode – and does not rush to switch at a limiter.
