Jeep Avenger 4xe also masters off-road
Thanks to its compact dimensions of 4.09 meters long and 1.98 meters wide (with open side mirrors), the Jeep Avenger 4xe moves confidently through narrow Italian streets, past residential buildings and cafes. It also has no difficulty on climbs thanks to the e-Hybrid drive and system power of 145 hp senzor turatie meat & doria pret fata si spate.

The 1.2-liter 3-cylinder engine with 136 hp and maximum torque of 230 Nm is pleasantly quiet – even when climbing a slope – and prefers low revs. Here, the two electric motors on the front and rear axles with 21 kW each. intervene at the right moment and support. A good collaboration between efficiency and power.
The all-wheel drive Avenger also excels off-road: with a ground clearance of 21 centimeters, it has no trouble with dirt roads and muddy sections. With its rather comfortably tuned suspension, the Avenger is not a master of dynamics, but it is perfectly well prepared for most everyday situations.
The Avenger e-Hybrid operates like a mild hybrid. A belt-driven starter-generator sits next to the transmission and silently starts the engine. Unlike most mild hybrids, the Avenger's electric motor has 29 horsepower—enough to power the Jeep partially on its own.
This works quite well in practice. The engine here runs a little quieter than in the pure petrol version, and the installed 6-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission prefers to keep the revs lower, causing the electric motor to kick in at the lower rev range. The e-Hybrid's test consumption was 6.3 liters/100 km.
